Lion’s Mane Powder


Lion’s Mane powder is a great solution if you want to incorporate the benefits of this “brainy” mushroom into your every day life. The fruit bodies are dried and then pulverized into powder, making it easy for you to add a few scoops to just about any recipe.

This powder is raw and barely processed. We recommend using this product when cooking with heat in order to break down the chitin (cell walls) of the mushrooms. Heat makes the beneficial components of the mushroom bio available to the human body.

Lion's Mane is widely considered a nootropic. This is fancy way of saying it supports and promotes healthy cognitive function. This is important for all developmental stages of life, but especially relevant to the aging population.

Just imagine being able to stay focused throughout an entire sermon, class lecture, or board meeting, without pharmaceuticals.

Each individual type of medicinal mushroom contains a unique blend of phytonutrients, antioxidants, polysaccharides, compounds and other enzymes that have different effects across the entire body. Amazingly, one of the real healing powers of medicinal mushrooms comes from a specific polysaccharide called beta-glucan.(1)  

Scientists in the pharmaceutical industry are now being extremely attentive  to beta-glucan's in research because they have an unusual effect on our immune systems:

Instead of stimulating or suppressing immune function, beta-glucans effectively balance it.

In Lion's Mane , some Hericium constituents act as immunomodulators which are effective for supporting many conditions where immunity is compromised or suppressed in some way. Use Suggestions:

People who use Lion's Mane as a supplement don’t usually feel the full effects right away. Since Lion’s Mane is a natural product, it takes time for the effects to come on and the nerve cells in the brain to be benefited.

Some websites suggests a minimum of 45 day of continuous use to feel the desired effects, but many people also report that the effects wore off after they stopped taking Lion's Mane.

For a healthy adult, we recommend starting with 1-2 grams per day.

This can be increased or decreased depending on your comfort level and desired effects. To our knowledge, there is no know toxicity level, and our products won't kill you, even if you drink the entire bottle.
